Shipping
Shipping Process:
- My products ship internationally from my smoke-free, pet friendly home in Izmir, Turkey
- Packages are sent registered mail (tracking included) with PTT Posta
Estimated Delivery Times:
- US / Canada: Normal delivery times are 10-15 business days.
- Europe: Normal delivery times are 7-12 business days.
- Other Regions: Most other locations will also receive their items within 10-15 business days.
Recommended Shipping Allowance:
- I advise allowing 1 month delivery time regardless of your location.
- Shipping and customs delays are expected around the Christmas holiday
Express Shipping Options:
- TURPEX: Rates start at $22, delivery times vary by destination country but are generally between 4-8 business days
- FEDEX: Arranged upon special request. Rates start at $55, delivery to most locations is 2-3 business days
- All express orders require a valid phone number
Tracking Your Order
- Orders can be tracked through PTT Posta until they leave Turkey for the destination country (usually 2-5 days)
- After a package leaves Turkey, orders may be tracked using your local postal carrier
Help with Your Shipment
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping times, please let me know, and I will check the available tracking information on your package.
- In the unlikely case that your item takes more than 4 weeks to arrive, please let me know as soon as possible. As all shipments are protected, after 4 weeks I can open an investigation at my local post office.
Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges
I use Etsy's standard return policy on all of my items.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Conditions of return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I donate the majority of my returns to not-for-profit dog rescue centers in the US, so in most cases you will not have to pay international shipping prices.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Payments and Processing
Payment and order options, processing times, etc.
Payment Options:
- Items ordered through this site will be processed with PayPal.
- I accept all major credit cards and Etsy gift cards directly through my Etsy shop.
Processing Times:
- Most non-custom items, including made-to-order items, are ready to ship within 3-5 business days.
- Custom products, such as pet portraits, are generally ready to ship within 5-8 business days.
